Job Description

Job TitleManage modular construction projects across the Healthcare and Data sectors

Job DescriptionDirect and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance. Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals. At least 5 years of Commercial Project Management experience. Experience with complex projects, such as Healthcare, Mission Critical, Heavy Industrial, etc. Innovative mindset - constantly seeking to improve processes and drive efficiency. Ability to utilize technology and learn new softwares. Report to office in Birmingham area, with occasional site and client visits across the Southeast.What's on OfferMarket-leading salary, experience-based.
