Job Description
Project ManagerThis is an opportunity to join a reputable and growing general contractor with a strong pipeline of multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury residential projects across South Florida. The company offers a collaborative environment, long-term stability, and exposure to high-profile developments in the Miami market.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day project operations including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Serve as the main point of contact between ownership, design teams, and field operations
Lead preconstruction activities such as buyout, subcontract negotiation, and procurement
Oversee contract administration including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders
Track project progress and ensure milestones, budget, and quality standards are met
Coordinate closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule and resolve field challenges
Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce safety and compliance standards

Experience managing ground-up projects valued at $30M+ (mid-rise or high-rise preferred)Strong understanding of construction processes including scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management
Familiarity with Miami-Dade permitting, inspections, and local subcontractor market
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
