Job DescriptionManage all phases of construction from preconstruction through turnover

Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting

Negotiate, award, and administer subcontract agreements

Drive schedule performance and ensure milestone achievement

Lead client communications and provide project updates

Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and risk mitigation efforts

Coordinate field and office teams to ensure project success

Proven experience delivering large multifamily projects

Strong financial management and contract administration skills

Experience managing multimillion-dollar ground-up developments

Proficiency with Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and related construction software

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities
