Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Project Manager will be:
- Manage 2-4 construction projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $7M-$15M in value
- Oversee projects at various stages of completion, ensuring successful delivery of schedule, budget, and quality objectives
- Utilise Procore extensively to manage project documentation, reporting, communication, and workflow processes
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with operations leadership and fellow project managers to ensure project success
- Track project progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate project records and communicate updates to internal and external partners

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager will have:
- Project Management experience within the construction industry
- Assistant Project Managers with strong experience and proven readiness for advancement will be considered
- Strong proficiency with Procore is required
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with multifamily construction preferred, particularly ground-up wood-framed projects
- Diverse project experience across multiple construction sectors is highly valued
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be able to work onsite from the Charlotte, NC office
