With a growing portfolio throughout the Albany, NY market, the company offers long-term career opportunities and a collaborative team environment.Job DescriptionAs a Building and Construction Project Manager, you will:Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
Review contracts, drawings, and specifications
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Identify and mitigate project risks
Support business development efforts and client relationships

Strong knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, and budgeting
Experience leading commercial construction projects
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft OfficeStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated success delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
