Job Description

Project ManagerOur client is a respected and growing general contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, and mixed-use projects. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they invest heavily in their people and provide employees with opportunities for long-term career growth and professional development.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Lead project planning meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance.Track project costs and ensure financial objectives are achieved.Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals.Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.Provide regular project updates and progress reports to leadership and clients.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
