Project Manager

Interiors/Healthcare
Gaithersburg, MDThe Project Manager
Interiors/Healthcare
Gaithersburg, MD will be responsible for:Manage multiple interior construction projects at various stages (conception to completion)Oversee projects ranging from $100K to $5M, with a focus on office and healthcare interiors

Lead client-facing communication and build strong, lasting relationships

Run OAC meetings and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Review and approve change orders throughout project lifecycle

Coordinate with internal teams including APMs and Project AccountantsCollaborate with a dedicated estimating team for project planning and execution

Utilize Procore and MS Office to manage workflows, documentation, and reporting

Gaithersburg, MD should have:3+ years of Project Management experience in construction

Proven experience managing projects start to finish

Background in office or healthcare interior construction is required

Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in different phases

Strong client-facing communication skills

Experience leading OAC meetings and managing change orders

Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office tools

Demonstrated integrity, curiosity, and accountability
