Project Manager
Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects within the healthcare and education sectors. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management. Lead project teams and provide guidance to ensure alignment with project goals. Implement and maintain effective communication channels among all project participants.

The Successful Applicant
- Experience acting as a Project Manager with a general contractor in commercial construction
- Strong background in one or more of the following sectors: light industrial, healthcare, or education construction
- Proven experience managing projects valued at $20M+ from inception to completion
- Must be local or within a commutable distance to Savannah, GA
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
