You will join a team that values accountability, professional growth, and long-term career development.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.Lead project planning, documentation, and execution across multiple jobs
Review contracts and drawings to ensure alignment with scope and requirements
Manage subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contract administration
Own project financials including cost tracking, forecasts, and margin performance
Prepare monthly reports, cost projections, and owner pay applications
Oversee schedules in collaboration with Superintendents to ensure timely delivery

MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantFor the Project Manager role we are seeking:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General ContractorProven track record delivering ground-up projects ($5M-$30M range preferred)Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contracts
Proficiency with construction management and scheduling softwareOSHA 30-hour certification
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail
Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel regionally
