A respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced DSA Project Manager to lead K-12 and public works construction projects across the Los Angeles area, overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination

Maintain communication with owners, architects, inspectors, and field teams

Ensure compliance with DSA regulations, safety standards, and quality control

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates

Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Support and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers

ProfilePrevious DSA project experience required

Experience managing public works or K-12 education projects preferred

Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting

Ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software

Job Offer$150,000-170,000 base salary
