Job Description

Design/Build GC is seeking a skilled and driven project manager to lead commercial and light-industrial projects. This firm has been building in greater-Milwaukee for nearly 100 years, and in that time has developed a strong market reputation. This has led to a project pipeline reaching into mid-2027. Project Type: Mainly industrial with some mixed commercial

Project Delivery: Full integrated design/build with in-house architecture and design teams

DescriptionOversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are met.Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reports.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.Maintain accurate documentation and records for each project.Profile2+ years experience as a lead project manager

Track record of successfully running commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction projects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with preconstruction concepts in order to collaborate with precon team

Passion for high-quality construction
