Project ManagerOur client is a long-standing Indianapolis builder that has grown into a $300M+ general contractor by prioritizing strong relationships and focusing on work they can execute at a high level. They are strategic in the projects they pursue, maintain loyal repeat clients, and operate with well-structured, collaborative project teams. The company is financially solid and well-established, with annual revenue nearing $400M and a strong reputation throughout the Indianapolis market. To keep up with this growth, our client is looking to add Project Managers across all levels. All of their work is local to Indy. Their typical projects range from $20M to $50M, with an intentional push toward larger $100M+ opportunities. They benefit from deep repeat-client partnerships and maintain a steady, reliable backlog. Report directly into the Director & President of ConstructionServe as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
