Job Description

Project Manager

Healthcare ConstructionAs the Project Manager, you will report into senior operational leadership and take full ownership of project delivery across multiple healthcare interiors projects.Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure delivery targets are met

Lead client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycles

Coordinate with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards

Drive project timelines ranging from short-cycle interior work to longer-term builds

Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project success

Healthcare Construction, we are seeking:7+ years of experience in construction project management

Proven experience delivering healthcare interior projects ($3M+)Background working on hospitals, outpatient facilities, or medical office buildings

Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skillsA growth mindset with ambition to step into a senior leadership role

Base salary: $115,000 - $140,000Clear and accelerated path to a Project Executive role within 2-3 years
