Job Description

Construction Project Manager

Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project risk. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams. Review project progress and maintain accurate reporting processes. Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance across all phases.

Salary: $150,000-$180,000 base (flexibility for exceptional candidates) plus 10-15% bonus potential. Unlimited PTO, 401(k) contribution, health benefits, and phone allowance.
