Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules effectively. Supervise and lead project teams to achieve project goals. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction management within the property industry. Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
