Project Manager

Lead a $60M-$70M ground-up project. Join before construction begins.

Our client is a growing construction firm with a strong presence in South Florida, delivering commercial, healthcare, institutional, and mixed-use projects. The company offers a collaborative environment, direct access to executive leadership, and the opportunity to manage large-scale projects from inception through completion.

Job Description

Lead all project management functions from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and cost controls
Coordinate owners, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
Oversee ground-up construction including civil, structural, and interior phases
Ensure project goals for safety, quality, schedule, and profitability are achieved

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
Experience delivering ground-up projects valued at $60M-$70M or greater
Background in healthcare, education, or institutional construction projects
Working knowledge of tilt-wall construction methods
Local South Florida experience with strong stakeholder management skills
