Join A Negotiated-Work Builder With Repeat ClientsOur client is a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation in the healthcare construction sector. Operating with a collaborative, tight-knit team, the company delivers both ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $1M to $20M, with a large percentage of work coming from repeat clients and negotiated contracts.Job DescriptionManage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Oversee ground-up medical facilities and complex renovation projects

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal teams

Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, RFIs, and submittals
