Construction Project ManagerFamily-owned and operated Rhode Island-based General Contractor with over 75 years in business! Through generational leadership and passion they have cultivated a close-knit company culture and a proven successful track record.Job DescriptionDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities
Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals are being met
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports
Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget

Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards
Experience with construction software and project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
