- Projects are concentrated locally throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities including Fishers, Noblesville, Greenwood, and Carmel, allowing employees to stay close to home.
- Typical project sizes range from $20M to $50M, with the company actively pursuing larger projects in the $100M+ range.

Job Description
Glimpse of your role:
- Lead large scale commercial, office & industrial ground up projects from inception through completion
- Report directly into the Director & President of Construction
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
- Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
- Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
- Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
- Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
- Experience in with preconstruction & estimating efforts
- Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.

- Base salary: $1110-130k based upon experience
