Job TitleProject ManagerAbout Our ClientYou'll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with owners, architects, field teams, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantProject Management experience with a commercial general contractor with any of the following project type- Civic, Cultural, Office, Entertainment, Gaming, Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Industrial, K-12, Manufacturing, Mission Critical, Renewables, Residential, Retail, Science & Technology, Senior LivingExperience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is preferred.What's on Offer$120,000-$140,000 base salary
