Job Description
Engagement Scope 2.1 Scope of Responsibilities The Project Manager shall:
- Integrate into Claris existing teams and ways of working
- Operates within Claris-defined governance, processes, and tools
- Supports coordination, execution tracking, and cross-functional alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
- Track execution of agreed initiatives and ensure visibility of progress
- Maintain project plans, dependencies, and risks in Jira
- Facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, and status updates as required
- Proactively identify blockers and escalate appropriately
- Support Agile execution and sprint-based delivery cadence
- Operate effectively without formal authority, relying on influence and communication
- Define project scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Provide access to required tools, systems, and documentation
- Assign internal stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ensure timely feedback and approvals
- Own final delivery outcomes
