Job Description

Project Manager - Madison, WI - Contract - $43-53 Per HR

Join our team as a Project Manager in a remote role with a focus on managing large-scale organizational change and training initiatives. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders and the development of training and communication plans. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Description

Provide project management support for a modernization project.
Oversee and track training progress and manage day-to-day activities.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate, plan, and facilitate meetings to prepare for training.
Collaborate with various managers to ensure effective communication.
Provide regular updates and reports on training status.
Ensure all training materials and resources are developed and reviewed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project training and communication plans.
Initiate and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings between project teams and end users.
Review and provide feedback on training materials.
Ensure all planned training tasks are communicated effectively.

Qualifications

11+ years of experience with large-scale organizational change and training efforts.
Experience in developing and implementing communication plans.
Strong collaborative skills with stakeholders.
Knowledge of federal and regional child support programs is desired.
