Project Manager

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead data-driven initiatives, reporting processes, and documentation efforts across multiple teams. This role will oversee Site Tracker management, SharePoint organization, reporting execution, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects forward while translating data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Site Tracker to ensure accurate, up-to-date project data
• Oversee reporting processes, including development and delivery of insights to stakeholders
• Drive continuous process improvement and maintain standardized documentation
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment
• Facilitate meetings, capture key discussion points, and track action items
• Maintain organized project trackers, timelines, and documentation repositories
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable summaries for stakeholders
• Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and reporting milestones are met

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in project management, preferably in data, reporting, or operations-focused environments
• Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced functions)
• Experience with SharePoint Sites, OneNote, and Salesforce dashboards
• Familiarity with Site Tracker and data management tools
• Solid understanding of data cleaning, validation, and reporting processes
