--- Project Description ---The agency has a number of clinics, hospitals and outpatient facilities.The candidate will be resposible for managing projects related toupdating and/or implementing new systems, software, and hardware.

--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---

1. Use project management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Projectand Visio to delegate staff assignments, track project status anddetermine time estimates.
2. Use project management methodology and documentation to managethe project. Plan and facilitiate all required project and technicalmeetings including demonstrations of application developmentprogress.
3. Provide regular status reports detailing project metrics, progress, andmitigation strategies underway to address concerns.
4. Partner with Business Analyst to ensure the business requirements areelicited from Business owners and key stakeholders.
5. Ensure requirements are communicated, documented, addressed andif approved, included in future project plans.
6. Coordinate the development of test plans and testing with the ProjectTechnical Lead.
7. Act as facilitator and primary project manager for multiple projectsrelated to the OMH Business efforts; including projects related toimplementation of applications or infrastructure changes. Report statusof current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Adherre to allNYS Project Management directives and processes.

--- Required Qualifications ---" Project Management Professional Certification" 48 Months Project Management experience leading projects with directstakeholder involvement at state government director level and above." 36 Months Experience managing AI-related projects including engaging withvendors such as Amazon and Google." 36 Months Experience managing projects with Application ProgrammingInterfaces (API), and other interfaces that send and receive data betweensystems." 24 Months Experience facilitating requirement sessions, to ensurerequirements are understood, conveyed and met." Bachelor s Degree" 84 Months Experience managing projects from initiation through closeoutmaintaining project budgets, schedules, scope requirements, status reports,communication plans, and quality standards." 84 Months Experience as a project manager working as a liaison betweenRequesting Entity (i.e. Government Agency or Private Company) and Vendorsfrom requirements gathering through implementation." 60 Months Experience working on projects that require working witharchitecture and infrastructure team to comprehend technical requirementsfor integration of central server and facility systems and related networking.
