Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Drive project profitability and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience managing retail / commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. OSHA certification and PMP preferred. Perks: Competitive Salary.
