Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead our team of professionals conducting mission assurance construct support to the United States Air Force. The Air Force Mission Assurance Construct Support Team requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services.This person will be responsible for the team’s success, provide recurring analytical products, data artifacts, and decision-support outputs in support of Mission Assurance execution while ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with government expectations and requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a dedicated team of professionals conducting mission assurance construct support including:

  • Mission Analysis and Critical Asset Identification Support

    oMission Decomposition, Mission Mapping, and Dependency Analysis

    oCritical Capability and Asset Identification, Validation, and Criticality Analysis

    oStakeholder Coordination and Enterprise Integration – engage with Action Officers and mission owners at the installation, MAJCOM, Combatant Command, and enterprise levels

    oProcess Analysis and Improvement Recommendations

    oMission Assurance Data Ownership, Governance, and Enterprise Integration

  • Mission Assurance Assessment Support

    oAssessment Planning, Scheduling, and Process Support

    oAssessment Data Collection and Stewardship

    oMission Assurance–Related Program and Assessment (MARPA) Data Integration (Including AHTA)

    oAssessment Augmentation and Data Collection Support

    oAssessment Data Analysis and Advanced Analytics

    oAssessment Reporting and Feedback Support

  • Mission Assurance Risk Management, Monitoring, and Reporting Support

    oMission Assurance Risk Management and Risk Response Coordination Support

    oMission Assurance Risk Data Stewardship and Enterprise Integration

    oMission Assurance Risk Monitoring and Continuous Oversight Support

    oDoW and DAF Mission Assurance Governance, Decision Support, and Automation

    oMission Assurance Monitoring, Reporting, and Decision-Support Products

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

  • Master's Degree

  • 10+ years of related experience in mission analysis, mission assurance, military operational planning, systems engineering, operational analysis, or a comparable analytical discipline supporting enterprise-level mission or risk decision-making.Equivalent experience supporting senior leader decision-making may be considered in lieu of a specific career background.

  • Experience providing Senior Staff Officer Support

  • Must be able to travel up to 25% per year.

  • Must have a valid US passport.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Prior Air Force Senior Leader – with Group Commander or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in enterprise data platforms including Palantir Foundry

  • Ability to use artificial intelligence and advanced analytic processes to increase personal work productivity

  • MAJCOM and CCMD staff experience
