Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to provide Project Management support for the successful system transition of the on-prem in-house custom EMS registry to an ImageTrend SaaS product for the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of EMS. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania and be able to work in the Harrisburg office two days a week as requested.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the program and vendor to execute an approved Statement of Work (SOW) that clearly defines responsibilities and expectations.
• Collaborate with the program to identify, engage, and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
• Build a project plan to ensure a successful transition to the SaaS solution.
• Hold the vendor accountable for following all expectations outlined in the executed SOW, with an emphasis on data migration.
• Work with leadership to drive decisions when needed.
• Direct, administer, manage, and facilitate enhancement or re-engineering of business processes or developmental projects.
• Manage the complete life cycle of projects, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation.
• Develop estimates and adjust project estimates as necessary.
• Ensure all changes to scope follow the Change Management Plan and are documented.
• Provide weekly project updates and status reports.
• Facilitate discussions between IT areas and vendors to ensure program needs are achieved.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives.
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of relevant Project Manager experience directly managing technical initiatives with a large complement of project team members.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for a minimum of 5 years, preferably through the PMI Institute.
• A four-year college degree or equivalent technical study is preferred.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions is highly desired.
• A strong background in Public Health with an emphasis on Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is highly desired.

Schedule Details:

• This is a telecommuting role but will require being on-site two days per week.
