Role: Project Manager Summary: Oversee all onsite activities and leads the team in residential construction projects. • Continue the client's experience - walking through with clients as needed as well as final walkthrough. • Regularly communicating changes to the client - keep them updated and aware of what Is happening/accomplished. • Help secure client decisions (help clients make decisions Run an Orderly, Safe, and Effective Job Site Organize schedules, clear plans, and provide effective communication • Run planning meetings for projects and for the team • Creating a plan of action for each job • Creating and communicating schedules to all parties Involved • Planning and communicating changes when they arrive (problem solving) • Documenting receipts for job costing • Communicate clear goals to our on-site team • Keep the job on time, and on budget • Communicate time sheet changes to accounting • Layout the site for productivity • Prepare change orders and POs for the jobs - clear organization of pricing and bids • Adjust task lists as needed • Upload and document project selections, documents, and progress photos • Maintain and organize tools and equipment Lead and create a healthy team and jobsite • Regular 1-1s with the on-site team • Dealing with uncomfortable conversations as they arrive • Find ways to Improve team moral on site (lunches, etc...) • Train and coordinate training on skills and tool knowledge • Promote safety on the jobsite • Promote the core values of this company to the team Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.PEAK believes that taking care of our team is essential for success and we are proud to provide benefits that enhance both your well-being and your future.
