Job Role – Project ManagerLocation – NYC, NY (Hybrid 2 days per week in NYC)Full Time roleSalary- Base $130k +10% Org +5%Performance bonusExpr Range- 15-17 yrs expr.Good to have : PMP , Public Sector ExperienceBudget Allocation, Budget Financing, Revenue, costing Job Description:1. Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap2. Gather and prioritize business, customer, and technical requirements3. Own and maintain the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria4. Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and Data teams5. Lead requirements grooming, sprint planning, and backlog refinement6. Make data-driven decisions using metrics, analytics, and customer feedback7. Drive product launches, feature rollouts, and post-launch analysis8. Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals9. Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and proactively manage them10.Act as the primary point of contact for product-related stakeholder communication
