Company Overview: We are a large-scale real estate development group specializing in ground-up residential developments of approximately 300+ units per project. We manage complex, high-volume construction projects from early concept through completion, working with top-tier professionals across design, engineering, and municipal agencies.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from initial concept and pre-construction through handoff to the Site Manager for execution. This is a high-responsibility role requiring strong coordination across all phases before construction begins.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from concept through pre-construction phase
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and planners
- Manage DOB filings, permits, approvals, and compliance processes
- Liaise with utilities including Con Edison and National Grid
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and pre-construction planning
- Ensure full readiness before handoff to site execution teams
- Act as key point of contact across all project stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong, proven Pre construction project management experience (required)
- Experience with large-scale residential or multi-unit developments preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-moving development cycles
- Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
- Must be based in Brooklyn
