Job Description
Project Manager / HVAC Engineer| $79,000 - $95,000 Salary
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm
Locations: Sheridan and Gillette
Essential Job Duties:
- This position plays a critical support role in planning, scheduling, budgeting, field cost analysis, and compliance
- Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of projects
- Assist in preparing project submittals, including schedules, material lists, and subcontractor details.
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Maintain accurate project logs and reporting for clients and management
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of information and materials
- Review drawings and specifications to spot potential conflicts and support resolution in the field
- Assist in building and monitoring project schedules and milestones
- Track budgets, invoices, and cost-related documentation
- Participate in site meetings and ensure smooth project closeout with as-builts, warranties, and final reports
- Obtain necessary project permits.
- Track project quantities and assist in cost projections

Qualifications:
- 2 -3 years of commercial construction experience or internships in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in construction-related software and computer applications. (Procore, MS Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
- OSHA 10 certification required: OSHA 30 - Desired
- Familiarity with government contract requirements - Desired
- Valid drivers license and insurable drivers license
