Job Description
- Manage and oversee all types of fencing, gate, and guardrail projects.
- Create detailed stock lists based on job requirements.
- Apply knowledge of various installation equipment and construction methods.
- Manage projects as a General Contractor or Subcontractor.
- Lead and motivate project teams.
- Ensure safety in all project activities.
- Projects are primarily in the Greater New England area.
- Manage various projects from basic installations to high-security installations.
- Maintain a high-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effectively manage time and adjust priorities as needed.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening which includes Marijuana
- Prior experience as an effective leader in project management.
- 5-years minimum experience in construction - Civil Preferred, fence or Guardrail
- Superior planning and organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build and foster teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software such as BlueBeam, Infor Cloud Suite Industrial a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adjust on the fly.
