PROJECT MANAGERLocation: Lakewood, WAPosition Status: Full Time, HourlyPosition Location: OnsiteSalary: $25 to $30 Depending on Experience ABOUT THE POSITIONA Project Manager at Print NW oversees projects from beginning to end and serves as a key link between customers, Sales Representatives, and Production teams.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
Work closely with Sales and customers to understand project requirements and expectations
Coordinate with Production to ensure projects move smoothly through the manufacturing process
Track project details, schedules, and information using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Keep customers and Sales Representatives informed of project status and respond to questions
Send and obtain approval on proofs before production
Identify potential issues early and communicate solutions
Maintain accurate project information and documentation
Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice POSITION REQUIREMENTSEducation: High school diploma or equivalent
Related Experience:Previous commercial printing experience is required
Previous project management, customer service, or production coordination experience preferred
Required Competencies:Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing data, maintaining spreadsheets, and tracking project information
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and OneNoteHigh level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and attention to detail
Reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and being a team player
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Physical Demands:Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other computer-related tasks
Extended periods of sitting while working at a computer workstation
Periodic standing and walking to engage with team members and collaborate across departments
