Job Description

Quantum Recruiters is partnering with a trusted local provider of high-quality roofing services. They specialize in residential roofing and siding and proudly serve Lane County and surrounding Oregon areas. Our client is committed to craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and reliable service that protects and enhances their clients’ homes.

We are seeking a driven and personable Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and siding projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects while delivering a high level of service, building strong client relationships and contributing to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 10–12 residential roofing or siding projects per week, with typical project timelines of 2–3 days
Oversee job sites to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, safety, and timely completion
Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules to keep projects running smoothly
Perform material audits and verify the accuracy of orders and usage
Review material estimates to ensure projects are properly set up
Use EagleView to create precise project measurements, improving efficiency and accuracy
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and support
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
Support a sales-oriented approach by recognizing and acting on new business opportunities in the field

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing projects in the roofing or construction industry
Experience with EagleView, AccuLynx, or similar roofing/project management software preferred
Strong customer service skills with a personable and professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
