Project ManagerReports To: VP Operations Location: Kent, WA or Centennial, CO Pay: $90,000 plus bonus Benefits That Support You and Your FamilyEmployees have access to a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, including:

- Lead and coordinate operations projects from initiation through completion and closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate facility moves, new facility startups, facility improvements, Operations initiatives, and supply chain projects
- Track project status, timelines, deliverables, and open items to support on-time execution
- Coordinate site access, logistics, inspections, and required support services
- Support Operations leadership with project prioritization and workload distribution
- Serve as a central point of coordination between Operations leadership, internal departments, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Provide timely project updates to the team and leadership, communicating risks, changes, decisions, and follow-up items
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Training, Safety, Customer Service, Accounting, and other departments as needed
- Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability for assigned actions and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, status reports, closeout documentation, and related records
- Track project costs, commitments, deliverables, and open items
- Maintain organized project documentation in compliance with company standards and requirements
- Coordinate project closeout and ensure required documentation and outstanding items are completed
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other external resources to support project requirements, schedules, and deliverables
- Assist with purchasing, resource planning, and equipment coordination related to facility and supply chain projects
- Coordinate materials, equipment, services, and other resources needed to support facility moves, new facility launches, facility improvements, and assigned projects
- Track vendor and contractor commitments and follow up on open items to support timely project completion
- Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Coordinate required inspections, permits, approvals, and project-related compliance activities
- Support inspections, audits, and quality review processes
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution, efficiency, cost, and standardization, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Perform other duties as required
- Keep current on company platforms, training, expenses, and calendars
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable customer site requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, facilities, operations, field support, or a related role
- Experience managing or supporting facility moves, new facility startups, facility improvements, supply chain initiatives, or similar operational projects
- Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, vendors, contractors, documentation, customer communication, and cross-functional activities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while driving projects through completion
- Strong organizational, communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English
- Experience working in a construction, manufacturing, field service, industrial, or technical environment
