• Works as a part of the property management team to develop and deliver departmental goals, objectives and systems.  
• Lead all aspects of facility project management and planning including but not limited to client engagement, design services management, pre-construction, contract generation, cost and schedule control, quality control, invoicing, and closeout.    
• Ability to track progress and performance of the project.  
• Ability to fluctuate with process and procedure when situations require flexibility/ingenuity and also situations which require rigid adherence to external requirements.   
• Assist clients and Asset Services in development of capital budgets and maintain historical records of previous projects to track changes in market conditions.   
• Perform benchmarking and client reporting as required.   
• Demonstrate ability to source, engage, and manage relationships with quality service vendors both regionally and nationally.   
• Monitor adherence to process and procedures regarding internal controls.   
• Ability to deliver clear and accurate expectations to both internal and external clients as well as contractors.  
• Requires on-site presence at property location(s) 
• Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate with diverse populations is essential.  
• Travel required
• Other duties as assigned.  

What you will bring along:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.  Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.  
• Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, and discounts.  
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.  
• Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.   
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s license.
