Every project is led by experienced in-house Project Managers and Superintendents — never temporary staffing — ensuring consistent quality, accountability, and long-term relationships with our clients and trade partners.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership role for a hands-on Commercial Construction Project Manager who wants full ownership of ground-up and major remodel projects, not just a small piece of the process. You will manage projects nationwide from pre-construction through closeout while working remotely with a seasoned team and traveling to job sites as needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage ground-up commercial construction and large-scale remodel projects from planning and pre-construction through punch list and closeout.
• Own project schedules, budgets, change orders, and job cost tracking to deliver work on time and within agreed-upon financial targets.
• Coordinate and direct project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and consultants, to keep work flowing and aligned with plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication, managing expectations, and building long-term relationships.
• Oversee field production, monitor progress against milestones, and address issues quickly to maintain safety, quality, and momentum on every site.

What Success Looks Like

• Within 3–6 months, you are independently managing multiple projects in different locations with clear schedules, budgets, and communication plans in place.
• Projects are consistently delivered on or ahead of schedule and within agreed-upon budgets, with minimal rework and well-managed change orders.
• Clients view you as a trusted partner, reflected in positive feedback, smooth project execution, and opportunities for repeat or expanded work.
• Field teams and subcontractors are well-coordinated, understand expectations, and consistently meet or exceed safety, quality, and documentation standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or in a comparable leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering ground-up commercial builds; experience leading major remodels and multi-site programs is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, including sitework, foundations, structural systems, and building envelopes, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, schedules, project budgets, and change management, with confident communication in a fast-paced, remote environment.
