What You'll Do

As a Project Manager at Schultz Construction, you will oversee multiple projects and serve as the primary leader responsible for performance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
• Lead and coordinate Project Engineers, field crews, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality and safety standards
• Communicate directly with clients, engineers, and government agencies to resolve challenges and maintain progress
• Monitor active and completed projects to identify cost efficiencies and process improvements
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers to strengthen team capability and leadership bench

What You Bring

We are seeking a construction professional with proven leadership experience and a strong technical foundation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing project data and reporting
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multi-phase construction projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
