ABOUT THE ROLE Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to join the Transformation Office and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that advance enterprise growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation. This role works across business, product, engineering, data, and executive teams to ensure successful execution of complex programs, including M&A integration, enterprise modernization, analytics, and change initiatives. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and analytical, with strong project management expertise, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Transformation Office in managing the Integration Management Office for M&A initiatives Develop, refine, and maintain M&A integration playbooks, frameworks, templates, and processes Partner with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, GTM, and Customer Support to drive seamless integration activities Lead and support complex, enterprise-wide cross-functional programs Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies Maintain project plans, RAID logs, timelines, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution and alignment Use structured problem-solving and analytics to identify risks, optimize processes, and recommend improvements Develop data-driven insights to support project and program governance Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, benefits realization, and program health Translate data and insights into clear and compelling presentations for senior leadership and steering committees Facilitate communication, alignment, and collaboration across business units Build trusted relationships with leaders, SMEs, and project teams Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to support decision-making Identify opportunities for operational optimization, scalability, and simplification Support the design of new working models, governance structures, and change management strategies Bring curiosity, innovation, and a transformation mindset to every project QUALIFICATIONS 5 to 10 years of experience in project or program management within technology, SaaS, consulting, or transformation programs Strong background in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies Experience supporting or managing M&A integrations, PMO or IMO functions, or enterprise transformation initiatives Ability to develop dashboards in Power BI and apply data-driven decision-making Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments High EQ with the ability to influence without authority PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in SaaS, cloud-based products, or enterprise software environments Familiarity with OKR frameworks and enterprise KPI structures Understanding of organizational change management PMP, CSM or SM, SAFe Agilist, or similar certifications
