Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects valued at over $50 million.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Review, monitor, and coordinate approvals for shop drawings and submittals.
- Develop schedules of values and obtain billing approval from the architect or owner.
- Collaborate with the onsite Superintendent to ensure contract conformance.
- Oversee the implementation of the companys Quality Control Program for the project.
- Prepare the project budget, manage change orders, and oversee cost control adjustments.
- Prepare and monitor all required project reports and logs.
- Coordinate and attend all project meetings and final walkthroughs.
- Supervise staff, set performance expectations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Regular on-site presence.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
