Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading aviation manufacturer seeking a Project Manager for a 6 month contract. If you have 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer service or program management within the aerospace, supply chain or a similar logistics/distribution industry, this is the ideal role for you. Develop project and program plans to ensure objectives are within scope, time, and quality
Coordinate, assign, integrate, and maintain project plans and initiatives
Create and conducts studies analyzing constraints related to product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
Manage change management processes
Coordinate document work statements and resulting schedules.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

3 years or more of related work experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Program Management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in the Aerospace industry, supply chain or similar logistics/distribution industry. Experience in data analytics Advanced Excel Skills Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Hardware, Fasteners, and/or Chemical product experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Admin, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, etc.) 1-2 Years of experience in Project Management activities & Tools (Project Scheduling, Planning, Execution / Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet or similar) Experience in data modelling and analysis Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
