- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety regulations- Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction activities- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore.- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise during the project- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
