About the Opportunity
An engineering organization is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-discipline projects from concept through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex engineering projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Job Duties
• Manage, coordinate, and administer projects from conceptual stages through completion.• Supervise and coordinate multi-discipline project teams to achieve project objectives.• Direct project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.• Review and approve client invoices, project estimates, schedules, and reports.• Maintain all project documentation and records within the internal project system.• Prepare transmittals and support project delivery requirements.• Conduct internal and client meetings, including kickoff and closeout meetings.• Ensure quality review and compliance with internal project standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.• 7–10 years of project engineering or project management experience, or equivalent cross-disciplinary engineering experience.• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion under tight deadlines.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
