  • Develop and maintain baseline schedules (CPM) and cost forecasts; monitor progress and implement recovery plans.
  • Direct and mentor project teams, including Assistant PMs, engineers, and field staff.
  • Drive procurement, subcontractor buyouts, and contract administration.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Facilitate coordination with airport authorities, industrial plant owners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Lead progress meetings, risk reviews, and executive briefings.

Controls & Reporting

  • Oversee project controls: schedule updates, earned value analysis, and monthly dashboards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate field reporting (daily logs, photos, manpower, critical issues).
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims resolution.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Champion safety culture; enforce OSHA and site-specific requirements.
  • Ensure QA/QC compliance and adherence to design standards.
  • Coordinate inspections and commissioning activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management on heavy industrial or aviation projects.
  • Proven track record delivering projects $50M+ in value under GMP or CM-at-Risk delivery.
  • Expertise in schedule development (Primavera P6/MS Project) and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, risk management, and change control.
