Job Description
We're seeking a driven, hands-on Project Manager to support and lead residential renovation projects throughout the Southeast region. From full apartment flips to ongoing community improvements, this role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered at the highest standard—on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
You will be based at our Residential Community located in Marietta, with frequent travel to project sites. During your 90-day training period, you will work closely with leadership to learn our processes, expectations, and regional needs.
Responsibilities
· Manage a variety of property projects, including full renovations, apartment turnovers, and commercial buildouts.
· Lead, supervise, and support a team of 2+ crew members—delegating tasks, maintaining schedules, and overseeing quality control.
· Work hands-on alongside the crew when needed to drive efficiency and uphold workmanship standards.
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.
· Communicate regularly with the Regional Property Manager to ensure timelines align with leasing schedules, move-ins, and occupancy goals.
· Ensure all work meets safety standards, complies with building codes, and aligns with company expectations.
· Maintain clear, proactive communication across departments and stakeholders.
· Troubleshoot issues as they arise and recommend cost-effective, timely solutions.
