Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field operations on residential and light commercial restoration and reconstruction projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional ready to step into a leadership position where quality, accountability, and team development are top priorities.As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and resources to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will serve as the primary on-site leader, setting expectations, solving problems, and delivering a positive experience for both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily on-site construction and restoration activities from project kickoff through completion
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate field crews and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality workmanship
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Ensure job sites meet safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations at all times
- Communicate effectively with property owners, vendors, and internal teams to provide clear updates and resolve issues
- Conduct site inspections, manage materials, and oversee final walkthroughs and closeouts
- Maintain a professional, solutions-focused presence on every job site
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on construction experience; restoration, remodeling, or renovation experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading field crews and managing subcontractors
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, budgeting, and change management
- Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and project documentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the organization professionally to clients and partners
- Proven commitment to job site safety, quality control, and accountability
- Leadership mindset with a desire to develop people and drive team success
