Project Manager II
Location: Virginia Beach, VAShift: M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pmType: direct

Job description:The Project Manager II will coordinate project execution and control resulting in delivery of equipment that meets the customer's specifications and is delivered with the high-quality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of complex projects in collaboration with sales engineers, from kickoff through delivery.Interpret and manage project documentation, including scope of work, technical drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate across departments-engineering, purchasing, production, quality, and field services-to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, and subcontractors, maintaining strong working relationships.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Track and analyze key project performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to post-project review processes.
- Facilitate 'lessons learned' sessions with production supervisors and team leads to drive operational improvements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Manager 1 (PM1) roles and project coordinators.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 5+years of experience managing large-scale projects in manufacturing, construction, power generation, or data center environments.
- Experience working with tools such as CxAlloy, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
