Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet our quality, design, and process standards.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed and managing their expectations throughout the project and its life cycle.
- Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Oversee the submission of necessary documents to governmental agencies and present project proposals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project objectives and strategies.
- Monitor project budgets and prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices.
- Ensure all projects comply with company standards and participate in regular team meetings.
- Ensure value-based design is provided on each project.
Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering or similar stormwater design experience degree
- Professionally licensed engineer or landscape architect with stormwater design experience
- Expert knowledge in NPDES permitting
- 10+ years" experience in south central PA market
- Fully remote role but must have a proximity and network in south central PA
