Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER - PRODUCT LIFECYCLE AND CHANGE MANAGEMENTOVERVIEW:

The Project Manager – Product Lifecycle & Change Management leads end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives across a multisite food manufacturing network. This role oversees the successful commercialization of new products and manages structured change processes for existing items.

This position partners cross-functionally to ensureinitiatives aredelivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standardsforoperational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches from concept through commercialization across multiple manufacturing sites

  • Establish and governchange management processes, ensuring allproduct, packaging,labeling, andsystemchanges are properly assessed, approved, and implementedconsistently across the organization

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, successful delivery

  • Serve as the central point of coordination acrossInnovation,Sales,Operations, Quality,andSupply Chain teams while communicating progress, risks, and keymilestones

  • Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Ensures accuracyandsynchronization of product data acrossinternalsystems and customer platforms, while coordinating artwork and labeling workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of project management experience in food manufacturing or CPG

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in amulti-siteenvironment

  • Strong understanding of food manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory requirements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems,anddrive resultsin a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
