PROJECT MANAGER - PRODUCT LIFECYCLE AND CHANGE MANAGEMENTOVERVIEW:
The Project Manager – Product Lifecycle & Change Management leads end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives across a multisite food manufacturing network. This role oversees the successful commercialization of new products and manages structured change processes for existing items.
This position partners cross-functionally to ensureinitiatives aredelivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company standardsforoperational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches from concept through commercialization across multiple manufacturing sites
Establish and governchange management processes, ensuring allproduct, packaging,labeling, andsystemchanges are properly assessed, approved, and implementedconsistently across the organization
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, successful delivery
Serve as the central point of coordination acrossInnovation,Sales,Operations, Quality,andSupply Chain teams while communicating progress, risks, and keymilestones
Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ensures accuracyandsynchronization of product data acrossinternalsystems and customer platforms, while coordinating artwork and labeling workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years of project management experience in food manufacturing or CPG
Experience leading cross-functional projects in amulti-siteenvironment
Strong understanding of food manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems,anddrive resultsin a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
