Job Description:

  • We are looking for someone with a strong professional presence and a disciplined work ethic someone who takes ownership, demonstrates pride in their work, and consistently drives results. The ideal candidate is fluent in Workfront, proactively identifies opportunities for efficiency, and thrives as a problem solver in ambiguous environments. As with any project management role, attention to detail, clear communication, and relationship-building are essential. This person must know how to engage with senior leaders and tailor their communication style when working with executives.
  • The role requires being in the office three days a week (Tuesdays Thursdays) and contributing meaningfully to the broader RED team. Beyond helping the team stay on schedule, they should foster a culture of support, accelerate speed to market, and encourage others to operate at a higher velocity.
  • They must also be able to understand and clearly articulate the rationale behind our processes and decisions. When needed, they should be capable of independently designing and implementing new workflows, without direct guidance, based on a deep understanding of our asset types and the intricacies required to achieve excellence.

Typical day in the life for this role:

  • Working closely with designers and writers, work in adobe workfront, exp with adobe workfront, building out schedules, facilitate reviews to stakeholders and etc., responsible that everything is in good order, works with deployment specialist and etc., focuses on process improvement, etc.

  • This role demands superior executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management and Communication:
  • Organize, prioritize, and track work at both campaign and project levels.
  • Continuously develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage risks, issue, and change requests, escalating, as necessary.
  • Communicate best practices and project readiness, detailing requirements and rationales as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners at various organizational levels, requiring excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and maintain proactive communication with the project team.
  • Set clear expectations for workflows, timing, and communication to ensure partner success.

Change Management:

  • Apply proven approaches, tools, and techniques to manage and communicate changes in demands and priorities.
  • Enable the project team to adapt to changes effectively.
  • Document and communicate changes clearly and concisely to a broad audience.

Resource Management and Coordination:

  • Focus on speed to market, quality of work, and the well-being of our talent.
  • Assess and scope the level of effort for roles throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Adjust resources as necessary in response to project changes.
  • Develop effective relationships, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.
  • Prioritize tasks and align team efforts to optimize resource use.

Leadership and Stakeholder Relationships:

  • Lead kickoffs and status meetings to drive alignment, clarity, and efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, securing their buy-in through clear communication.
  • Align creative marketing projects/campaigns with strategic business goals.

Technical Acumen and Innovation:

  • Possess a deep understanding of Workfront and creative processes across various mediums including social, video, motion, print, and digital.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies, products, and trends in project management and marketing.
  • Balance technical capabilities with strategic business needs.
  • Collaborate to find solutions within the Vanguard ecosystem, informed by technical and strategic feasibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of project management experience within a creative or marketing agency.
  • Profound knowledge of Workfront, at least three years of experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
